1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delays may occur during peak seasons.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over RM 100. Delivered in 3–7 business days.
• Express Shipping: RM20 additional fee. Delivered in 1–3 business days.
• International Shipping: Available to select countries. Costs depend on the shipping rate for each country.

3. Delivery Areas

• Domestic: Within all Malaysia.
• International: Selected countries. Delivery times vary (7–21 business days).

4. Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed once orders ship. Use our portal or carrier’s site to monitor status.

5. Delays

While rare, delays due to carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control. Contact us if your order is overdue, and we’ll assist.
