– Eligible items can be returned within 7 days from delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
– Non-returnable: underwear, swimwear, accessories (hygiene), and final sale items.
– To initiate a return, email support with your order number and reason for return.
– Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection, excluding original shipping fees.
– For exchanges, return your item and place a new order.
– Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, to receive a replacement or refund.
