Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Return within 7 days from delivery date.
  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number) required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, swimwear, accessories (hygiene reasons).
  • Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”).

3. Refund Process

  1. Request: Email support with order number and reason.
  2. Approval: We’ll email a return label (if applicable) and instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Return within 14 days of approval. Customer covers return shipping unless item is defective.
  4. Refund Issued: Within 5–7 business days after inspection. Refunds go to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

4. Exchanges

  • Request a return and place a new order. For size/color swaps, include a note with your exchange preference.

5. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos, and we’ll cover return shipping. Receive a replacement or full refund.

6. Cancellations

  • Cancel via email within 24 hours if order hasn’t processed. Once shipped, follow the return process.
